Vad Yazvinski holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (“CFA”) designation and is a member of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts. Prior to joining The Jordan Company, Mr. Yazvinski was employed by Total System Services Inc. (NYSE: TSS), where he held various finance and corporate strategy related positions, which included the process of identifying, valuing, and performing due diligence for numerous acquisition targets.
Mr. Yazvinski contributes investment related articles to MSN Money, Motley Fool and InvestorPlaceMedia, and recently was one of the featured MSN panelists at Orlando, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Las Vegas Money Shows. He also was the first official winner of the MSN sponsored Strategy Lab Open.
He graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a double major in finance and accounting. He also attended the Belarusian National Technical University focusing on economics and management.
Gunby Garrard

Gunby Garrard is the President of The Jordan Company, and a manager of Jordan Capital AM, LLC, the General Partner (the “GP) of Jordan Capital Partners, LP (the “Fund”).
Mr. Garrard’s responsibilities include marketing, investor relations and the day to day operations of the Fund. Prior to joining The Jordan Company, Mr. Garrard was employed at Total System Services, Inc. (NYSE: TSS) for five years starting as an analyst and finishing with the corporate strategy group.
Mr. Garrard currently serves on the boards of Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC, Vytron Corporation, Prime Technological Services, LLC and The Jordan Company. Mr. Garrard has also served on the boards of Columbus Bank and Trust, The Columbus Symphony, The Terry College of Business at UGA and Trinity Episcopal Church. Mr. Garrard attended Woodberry Forest School, The University of Georgia, (BBA, 1996) and Emory University (MBA, 2000).
Kim Wise
Compliance and Accounting

Ms. Wise is responsible for all Fund accounting and she works closely with outside attorneys to manage Fund Compliance. Prior to joining The Jordan Company in 1996, Kim worked four years for a manufacturing company and seven years for a public accounting firm. She currently serves on two other corporate Boards of Directors.
Kim is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Columbus State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a major in accounting. She is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Columbus.
Kim is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. She has also served on numerous non-profit boards in various leadership positions.
