Vad Yazvinski, CFA
Portfolio Manager

Vad Yazvinski is the Chief Investment Officer of TJC and the Portfolio Manager for JCAM. Prior to joining TJC in 2008, Mr. Yazvinski was employed by Total System Services, Inc. where he held various finance and corporate strategy related positions focused on the process of identifying, valuing and performing due diligence for numerous acquisition targets.
Mr. Yazvinski has authored numerous investment related articles for MSN Money, Motley Fool and InvestorPlaceMedia. He was one of the featured MSN Money Show panelists in Orlando, San Francisco, Washington, DC and Las Vegas. Mr. Yazvinski has won several model portfolio management competitions. In 2006, he was the first official winner of MSN Money’s Strategy Lab Open. In 2007, he was the winner of Strategy Lab Round 17 and the 2008 runner-up of Strategy Lab Round 18. From 2003-2007, he was recognized as a Marketocracy Master (the top 100 out of 50,000+ model portfolio managers) for Marketocracy Data Services, LLC.
Mr. Yazvinski graduated summa cum laude from Western Carolina University with a BSBA double major in both Finance and Accounting. He also attended Belarusian National Technical University focusing on economics and management.
Mr. Yazvinski holds a Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the CFA Society of Atlanta. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for Vytron Corporation and Prime Technological Services, LLC.

Gunby J. Garrard

Gunby J. Garrard is the President of TJC and a Managing Partner of JCAM. Prior to joining TJC in 2003, Mr. Garrard was employed by Total System Services, Inc. where he focused the majority of
his efforts in their corporate strategy group.
Mr. Garrard holds a BBA in International Business with a focus in Finance from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory University. He is also a graduate of Woodberry Forest School.
Mr. Garrard serves on the Board of Directors for TJC, Phoenix Stamping Group, LLC, Vytron Corporation and Prime Technological Services, LLC. He is also an emeritus member of the University of Georgia Terry College of Business Alumni Advisory Board.

Kim Wise, CPA
Compliance & Accounting

Kim Wise is the Chief Financial Officer of TJC and responsible for Compliance and Accounting for JCAM. Prior to joining TJC in 1996, Ms. Wise was employed by Cott Beverages USA, Inc. as
Manager of Financial Reporting and before that, a Supervisor for Robinson, Grimes & Company, PC.
Ms. Wise graduated magna cum laude with a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University. She is also a graduate of Leadership Columbus.
Ms. Wise is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Wise serves on the Board of Directors for Vytron Corporation and Prime Technological Services, LLC. In addition, she is the Corporate Secretary for TJC's Board of Directors.

Sean Devine
Analyst

Sean Devine joined JCAM in 2010. His primary responsibilities include investment research and trading.
Mr. Devine graduated with Highest Honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Management including Certificates in Finance and Accounting. In addition to his studies, Mr. Devine was a four-year letterman on the Georgia Tech Baseball team and was recognized on the ACC Honor Roll for his academic achievements. He was also bestowed Faculty Honors three times and an Honorary Accounting Organization member.
Mr. Devine is a 2012 Level 2 CFA Candidate.

Richard I. Norman, Jr.

Richard Norman’s primary responsibilities include investment research and trading. Mr. Norman
has been with JCAM since inception in 2008 as an intern and part-time employee before joining
full-time in 2011.
Mr. Norman graduated with Highest Honor from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a BS in Management including Certificates in Finance and Accounting. He was a member of the Honorary Accounting Organization and bestowed Faculty Honors upon his graduation.
Mr. Norman is a 2012 Level 2 CFA Candidate.

Melissa Speakes
Marketing & Investor Relations

Melissa Speakes is responsible for the marketing efforts, updates and distributions for JCAM. She also serves as a liaison between the investment team and potential investors.
Before joining the team in 2011, Ms. Speakes was an Investor Relations Analyst at Fore Research & Management, LP, a multi-billion dollar investment firm headquartered in New York City. Prior to that, she worked in the mortgage industry fostering relationships and advising clients through the loan process.
Ms. Speakes is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BBA in Finance. Her industry involvements include 100 Women in Hedge Funds, New York and the Southeastern Hedge Fund Association, Atlanta.
